Shanna Ferrigno on Fitness and Her Dad, Lou Ferrigno

In 2005 my daughter, Shanna Ferrigno, appeared on E!’s “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive.” She showed everyone that she’s a woman that takes charge while overcoming any task that stands in her way. She can dress up as the “belle of the ball,” and also get down and dirty with the boys.

In this interview, I was happy to hear how my guidance, as a father, taught her the importance of hard work and determination.

Muscle Video Journal# 5 Build Back & Biceps read more info please

VLog #5 shows Back and Bicep workout in the quest for our middle aged man to get back in fighting Shape. He is currently at 11% bodyfat, weight is 211 pounds.

The Workout was back and bi.
3 sets of chins to failure
3 sets of low cable row 10 reps except final set which is done as a drop set. His was 200 lbs then 160lbs then dropped to 100lbs for a toal of 30 reps
3 sets of lat pulldowns to the front 10 reps
3 sets of dumbell curls using 40lbs reps are done instinctively.
3 sets of barbell curls 10 reps or more

Supplements used:
