How To Lose 56 Pounds In 90 Days!

What is a Trikke? A Trikke is a (pronounced “trike”) is a human powered, three-wheeled cambering (carving) vehicle that utilizes conservation of angular momentum to allow a rider to propel forward. The rider alternates leaning side-to-side to move forwards. The area needed to move forward is roughly the width of a downtown sidewalk (1-1.5 m). This elegantly simple construct provides a stable 3-point platform that leans into the turn with the rider while all three wheels remain in contact with the ground. A rider may reach speeds of up to 18 mph on flat ground, ride 50 miles in one day, and climb the steepest of hills (with practice!). In the book, ( How To Lose 56 Pounds In 90 Days!) This is one of the methods, or fitness tools I use to help me lose pounds in days. Also, you can use this method to help you lose pounds in days!
