Please Read- Now even if you lift very heavy weights the upper cut exercise and punching with the 3 lb dumbells will get you winded . The tools used are tension bands very cheap sometimes used for Pilates, a rubber circle ring and a pair of 3 lb dumbells and when you feel ready try doing your forms with 10lbs in each hand they are cheap and you can find them in most fitness stores . Even though we all like to work out with fancy machines and weights. There are many different forms of strength which you can develop . 1. Weight lifting strength , 2. what I like to call functional strength from doing hard labour and 3. strength applicable for martial arts. There are ways for developing each obviously one is from weight lifting the other from hard labour and the third I am showing you will help you increase your speed , focus and work on muscle tissue which you may have not worked on before. I am not showing you every little workout that I do but some things which you might like to try. There are many people on you tube who show how to get fit and strong by not using fancy equipment you do not need it , chin ups , squats, running , push ups and cheap training tools which I am showing you can help you with your training for martial arts.
