Toughest Workout (Advanced Bodyweight Workout) NOT FOR BEGINNERS

This workout routine is NOT FOR BEGINNERS

Toughest Workout (Advanced Bodyweight Workout) Instructions:

Perform each exercise in order
for the recommended reps with 30
seconds rest in between exercises.

Complete all 9 exercises and
repeat the circuit two more
times for a total of 3 rounds.

1. One Arm Pushup - 15 reps per side

2. Pistol Squat - 20 reps per side

3. One Arm isted Pull Up = 15 reps per side

4. Jump Squat High Knee - 25 reps

5. No Leg Recline Pull - 20 reps

6. Bulgarian Lunges = 20 reps per side

7. Upside Down Shoulder Press = reps

8. Alternating Split Squat Jump - 20 reps per side

9. Elevated Hip Raise - 20 reps
