I haven’t done any cardio for two months now. Not something I’m proud of, but it does make a point; I re-address grains in this video, it was necessary.

I’m struggling to get the book done, thanks for your patience. I will include a lifetime of updates to go along with the book as part of my subscription service as we continue to learn cutting-edge fat-reducing techniques. My information will ALWAYS evolve, never stay stagnant, in a constant effort to help EVERYONE obtain their weight and fat loss goals.
