		<description>do cardio excersises to burn off the fat and then do situps and crunches to build your abs =)  for starting out do half an hour jog, 20 situps, minute rest, 20 situps, minutes rest, 20 crunches, rest, 20 crunches! and then build up on that everyday! also eat healthy, dont eat too many calories&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
