Hello Coach,
I'm a ...
o Coach,
I'm a high school athlete and aspiring Air Force Special Tactics Officer and I've just started working out seriously. I've already ordered one of these but I had a couple of questions I hope you might answer.

With kettlebells, the TRX Suspension System, and Calisthenics and a tough workout regimen. Should I be good to go within a couple of years? I'm trying to avoid weights because I'm fearful of developing too much muscle and wearing my self out quickly. I'm aiming for endurance.

It's worth the ...
It's worth the investment, you can put this up almost anywhere, I've trained clients outside by tieing it up to a tree and I've used it by tieing it up to a door. You can modify the difficulty by the height and length and there's so many things you can do with this tool, most likely won't ever need to join a gym would recommend purchasing a kettlebell, there's plenty of how tos on youtube n I will also be posted a lot of other stuff online as well. Email me if u hav more ? ch.performance@gmail

ok sounds good. It ...
ok sounds good. It gives you plenty of time to get things done. The first thing you can do is get this tool you see me here working out with. Reason, it's all about using your own bodyweight which is what the military training is based on such as rope climbing, wall climbing, pullups, pushups and all that other good stuff. They also offer a DVD just for military training which I highly recommend. There's a link through my site, succeedinfitness(dot)com directly to them and what they offer.

sure dude... what ...
sure dude... what are you doing right now in terms of exercise? hitting the gym? running outdoors? or not doing anything? I know the military has specific requirements on the physical exam, might want to do some research on that to know what's needed. Also when do you plan on joining?
