Do you workout with music at the gym?
Yes or No ? Why or why not ? Some people think that music is a great motivation tool. Others think that it’s harder to meet people, makes you less approachable. People who can help you achieve your fitness goals. I’m single , I think I’m going to start running at the park with no headphones
It Depends. I Work out with music. but i keep it on low. and when i come across someone i mingle! you can do both. & Its great to do.

running at a park and working out at the gym are two totally completely different things. at the gym i would recommend it. while running no because its a big distraction and a pain in the ass if you wanna like a change a song or something. and the people that said that it makes you less approachable…they are right…..BUT…..they are also right about how it motivates you more. so its your choice, do you want to meet people?, or do you just want to be motivated while working out?

I love music when I work out. It gets me amped, which I especially like during max effort lifts. Though I have no intention of meeting people when I workout, I’m there to work!
