What are your favorite diet and fitness tips?

Any items that helped you reach your goals along the way.

1. squeeze a lemon in warm water, drink everyday. 2. drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. 3. HIIT, treadmill walk fast pace 2 min, then run 1 0r 2 min, continue for 45 min. 4. keep the scale setting in front of the frig. 5. hire a personal trainer 6. drink 3 cups of green tea everyday 7. write down everything i eat. (I have lost 50.4 lbs in 23 weeks)

    Here are some I go by:

    *Exercise to become fit, not lose weight, if I lose weight, then thats a bonus
    *If I eat something like fries from McDonalds, or an icecream when I’m really craving it, then instead of beat myself up because of it, I am satisfied that I ate it since I knew I really wanted it. However, if I eat it just because its there and "I can" then I know I did wrong but move on and make better choices next time.
    *I don’t diet. I eat what I want, what I really want, but try not to over eat and make most of my meals as healthy as possible, if there is a KFC and Sushi for lunch, what do you think I’LL choose, despite liking both of them? Sushi, because its healthy and makes me feel good.
    *Don’t count calories, it isn’t what normal people do.
    *Losing weight takes time but a whole more dedication.

    I love the Biggest Loser workout DVDs. I have all 8 of them.
    I don’t do diets. But I do eat fat free cause of high cholesterol.
    I was 155 pounds and now I’m at 134. I call it my Cholesterol diet.
    I do it for my health.
