Tips- WORKOUT Balance Pods Edition
Hi guys! You asked and here it is! Another workout video! This time, I show you amazing workouts you can do with balance pods! You can find these bad boys at any fitness store for about ten dollars each. Totally worth it! You could also use a folded towel to have the same affect! Enjoy and let me know if you enjoyed it!

Oooohhh!!! I really like the idea of the balance pods!!
When I try and do the “tree” position with your foot brought to your knee and your leg bent into the shape of a “4″, I fall every time lol…even on flat ground!! I am amazed at your balance<3!!

another good ab …
another good ab work out is
one knee inthe are and foot on the floor and the other leg isstrait
then your hands are undeer your but and you do a crunch/sit up (a half sit up sorta)
and hold it
its a really good one

I hate planks! We …
I hate planks! We do them for cheer conditioning and it sucks! There sooo good for your abs though, so in the end it all ends up good!

Hey Jess great vid. variation on the dips: use small dumbells in each hand, while in the lunged position freeze at the bottom ballance on the ball and do a military press(OR CURL). USE THOSE ARMS!

Great video Jess. Thanks for sharing your workout tips with us.
I know you work out often so you might already have this tip but I’ll share it anyway. When you do the squats on the balance pods you could use 5lb weights for a full body workout. When your arms go out when you squat down use dumbells and then when you return to standing position do a shoulder press. It’s a great way to tone the whole body.
