		<description>&lt;b&gt;hey guys, this ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; hey guys, this doesn't help much in running... high knees are usually what sprinters run and butt kickers... well that's just a warm up, pretty much to get that blood pumping... if you guys need help with running tips I'll be more that glad to help you guys. I'm a middle distance (md) runner during track but run XC during the fall. Current athlete at UCLA so just message me... I got a PR of 1:52 on my 800m that's my specialty.</description>
