hey guys, this doesn’t help much in running… high knees are usually what sprinters run and butt kickers… well that’s just a warm up, pretty much to get that blood pumping… if you guys need help with running tips I’ll be more that glad to help you guys. I’m a middle distance (md) runner during track but run XC during the fall. Current athlete at UCLA so just message me… I got a PR of 1:52 on my 800m that’s my specialty.

I think high intensity plyometrics are a lot more effective than doing a bunch of drills.

The Power Skip is …
The Power Skip is done incorrectly. The exercise is intended to be one of reciprocal action (opposite arm/opposite leg) in the drive phase. Driving the same leg and same arm is a “homologus” movement pattern and is incorrect in terms of its’ functionality.
