		<description>&lt;b&gt;i do agree with the ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; i do agree with the tabata method 20/10 ratio you said.  but in terms of cardio after everything else, there's also strong scientific evidence that cardio in the morning before you eat and before you lift is the best way of doing things.  i suppose it depends on individual bodies so i dont disagree with what youre saying, just that there is some scientific evidence otherwise</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;we'll always ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; we'll always remember to do cardio AFTER any excercise routine not before, because when you excercise the muscles the glycgen stored in them gets burned up first, then the cardio you do later burns your existing body fat. If you do it the other way around the cardio will burn glycogen and not body fat... But yes the eliptical is good... but nothing beats running "outside". And on the eliptical or any cardio mach. use the 20/10 system. All out for 20sec. and 10 sec. rest for 4-10 minutes.</description>
