Exercise Summary For Killer Home Fitness Program For Fat Loss - Day 1:

Continuous 4 Minute Fat Loss Circuit for Pulling Muscles:

1 minute - Dumbbell Chest Press
1 minute - Dumbbell Squat
1 minute - Box Jumps
1 minute - DB Military Press

Rest 1 - 2 minutes and repeat 4-5 circuits based on your fitness level.

Muscle Building Schedule:

Monday: Pushing Muscles Day 1
Tuesday: Pulling Muscles Day 2
Wednesday: Break
Thursday: Pushing Muscles Day 1
Friday: Pulling Muscles Day 2

Muscle Gaining Program and Tips:
-Do this workout routine on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
-Do 20 minutes of interval training on Wednesday and Saturday.

Muscle Building Meal Plan Breakdown:
45-50% complex Carbs (oats, veg, fruits)
30-35% protein (ex. chicken, eggs, fish)
20-25% fat (olive oil, nuts, avocado)

Note:
-Take your bodyweight and multiply by 18 = your daily goal calories for building muscle
-Eat every 4 hours (minumum) for at least 5 meals a day

    i do agree with the tabata method 20/10 ratio you said. but in terms of cardio after everything else, there’s also strong scientific evidence that cardio in the morning before you eat and before you lift is the best way of doing things. i suppose it depends on individual bodies so i dont disagree with what youre saying, just that there is some scientific evidence otherwise

    we’ll always remember to do cardio AFTER any excercise routine not before, because when you excercise the muscles the glycgen stored in them gets burned up first, then the cardio you do later burns your existing body fat. If you do it the other way around the cardio will burn glycogen and not body fat… But yes the eliptical is good… but nothing beats running “outside”. And on the eliptical or any cardio mach. use the 20/10 system. All out for 20sec. and 10 sec. rest for 4-10 minutes.

    These excercises are OK.. but there’s too much time (1-2 min) to rest.. it’s best to do 20 sec. on/ 10 rest for 4 min. rest 2 min then reapeat circuit again and again if nec… that will kick your … add more squatting excercises and less arm excercises for optimum results…. just my humble recommendation.
