		<description>&lt;b&gt;yeah hanging leg ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; yeah hanging leg raises are good for building a nice big lower rectus abdominis but 5.... lmfao atleast 20 in each set. high rep sets (rather than heavey weight low rep sets) are the only thing that really build up core muscles. when i train core i do 60-40-30 of leg raises, then the same with decline cruch and then incline straight leg raise for the rectus abdominis i have a similar routine for obliques too. always make sure you lift your legs all the way to your chest!!!</description>
