Can someone give me some fitness/diet tips?

I’m currently trying to lose some weight and tone up, my question is if you’re a pear shape with almost all of your fat on butt hip and thighs what exercises can you do to lose inches in that area? Also, are there any foods that I shouldn’t or should have to accomplish this?

I’m no diet expert but i do know that you cant target specific areas when aiming for weight loss - its a whole body thing. Someone else will probably point you in the right direction here.

Once you’ve found a SENSIBLE diet, you need to stick to it and begin exercising - it will take about an hour of moderate intensity exercise 5 days a week for at least 3 months before you notice any significant changes to your overall body shape.

What exercises?? It depends what you feel comfortable with. I would recommend walking/jogging seen as you want to tone up parts of your lower body. If this doesn’t appeal then perhaps swimming - this is a great all round exercise.

I wouldn’t worry about doing weight based exercise as the key to toning is high reps - think how many times you move your legs when running or swimming and imagine how long you’d be in a gym trying to do the same number of reps
