Perform each exercise in order
for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds
rest in between exercises.

Complete all 5 exercises and repeat
the circuit two more times for a total
of 3 rounds.

3. Elevated Hip Raise: 30 seconds

4. Mountain Climber Flex: 30 seconds

5. Russian Twist: 30 seconds
