the key fitness abilities required in competitive tennis- PLEASE HELP NEED THIS INFO ASAP?

can anyone please discuss the key fitness abilities required for competitive tennis and why they are needed?

im very confused please give me a hand

Sprinting: running doesnt really help because you dont run nonstop you run on and off.
Footwork: you can’t be that clumsy, you can be but you have to be able to practice the footwork a lot.
Upper Body: Your arms need to be able to hit hard.
