Shanna Ferrigno on Fitness and Her Dad, Lou Ferrigno
In 2005 my daughter, Shanna Ferrigno, appeared on E!’s “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive.” She showed everyone that she’s a woman that takes charge while overcoming any task that stands in her way. She can dress up as the “belle of the ball,” and also get down and dirty with the boys.
In this interview, I was happy to hear how my guidance, as a father, taught her the importance of hard work and determination.
Shanna is a talented personal trainer.

I’ve always admired …
I’ve always admired Lou’s dedication to the ultra-competitive and disciplined sport of bodybuilding, which helped him achieve fame in “The Incredible Hulk” and “Hercules” to name a few.
Shanna sounds intelligent, disciplined and Lou should be very proud to have a daughter like that, because I know I would be.
Lou you’re a role model to many people including myself.
