VLog #5 shows Back and Bicep workout in the quest for our middle aged man to get back in fighting Shape. He is currently at 11% bodyfat, weight is 211 pounds.
The Workout was back and bi.
3 sets of chins to failure
3 sets of low cable row 10 reps except final set which is done as a drop set. His was 200 lbs then 160lbs then dropped to 100lbs for a toal of 30 reps
3 sets of lat pulldowns to the front 10 reps
3 sets of dumbell curls using 40lbs reps are done instinctively.
3 sets of barbell curls 10 reps or more
Supplements used:

Bodybuilding is one thing, but it sounds like a couple of people who responded to this video are more into fitness training, big difference. I watch a lot of Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler videos and I see the same form and technique you are using during your workout. Either you’re doing it right, or everyone else is doing it wrong too. you’re crazy fool. Perfect technique. I wasnt a 5 time over bodybuilding champion and competed on the national level for no reason. Seated rows is to work your lower back as well as upper. Starting curls from a dead stop is damaging to your tie ins

You are using too …
You are using too much of your lower back when doing the seated rows. You are gaining momentum and making them easier.
