What is the best way to get abs for guy?

i’m 18 this year.. i wanna get abs to impress my family n friends.. i’ve been working on lifting weights n my arms looks more muscular now.. but now, i want to work on my abs.. i wanna noe the best way to work out.. n if any1 has that mike greary’s $39.90 fitness guide, cud u giv me some tips? thx for helping.. :)
If you want ab muscles showing you need to realise that endless crunches etc will only increase the muscle size, which is great if your body fat % is around 10%, otherwise no matter how large the muscle is, noone will see it. Lower your carb intake, cut out processed foods, cut chocolate, sugary foods. Best exercises for abs are the classic bench crunch and hanging leg raises. Best of luck

    Same way as for anybody: A diet low in calories but high in nutrition (fruit, veggies, whole grains. low fat protein foods, and a small amount of the "good" fats found in olive oil, nuts, avocadoes, and fish), aeroibic exercise like biking or running to burn calories and fat, and muscle/strength building exercise like weight training or calisthenics to increase your metabolism. Also, drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and 4-6 cups of green tea. Hope this helps!
