looks good.. it improves the chest to some degree and reaches a plateau …but to put on some more volume and mass to chest.. u need to lift heavy. barbell or dumbells
the above vid is good for a good stretch of chest fibers and improving endurance (type 1 - slow fibers) of the chest.

its a good way to …
its a good way to break up a constant barbell and dumb bell work out. Your body adapts to those constant wieght resistance movements. Use this work out when u hit a plateu n ull become more explosive which is the point of these types of push up exercises.

Just for the record …
Just for the record make sure that you dont have any ”dry” paint (especially latex based paint) on the lid of the can because as you can see from the video it looks like the one can is sticking to his hand a little bit. If the can tips over while you are on your back to do other side, CRASH!
