Perform each exercise for the recommended time followed followed by 10-30 second breaks in between sets.

Complete all 12 exercises in order and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Recommended time:
-First round: 45 seconds
-Second round: 30 seconds
-Third round: 20 seconds

Follow with interval training instructions after this workout routine.

Perform interval training cardio immediately after this workout routine.

Sprint for 20 seconds (85% of your max)
Light jog for 30 seconds
Repeat for 6 rounds

    The reason for these workouts is to get rid of the fat around your abs. everyone has a six pack, you just cant see it. by doing these sets, you burn fat thus being ablE to see your abs… i’ve done many of Arnel’s programs… Trust me THEY WORK!

    I’m sorry but this is bullshit the only real way of getting “ripped abs” is by going running or other cardio activity and doing lots of crunches (of varying types to incorporate all of you abdominal muscles into the training) doing pushups and squats does nothing for your abs at all it may help you lose a bit of weight which is crucial but not enough to say it would really help you. So go running and do crunches :D :D :D

    also, eating less calories does not mean not eating

    if you stop eating you’ll get fatter

    just eat healthy foods with low calories or no calories

    drink lots of water
    soda sucks

    keep it up, and again, u can eat the calories that u need after u have lost all the weight, but

    DONT go back to you old eating habits, ever! seriously don’t

    look up for some scooby workshop vids for more info

    the best way i know to make you loose weight is to stop eating ANY trash or fried food that you eat

    then, start eating about 200-300 calories less than what you need for your daily living (you can look at tables based on ur weight on the net) and try to burn about 100-200 more on some cardio excecise (20 min of daily intense cardio should do)

    if u o this u loose bout 1 pound a week

    when done, restore ur calorie intake to what u need, but never eat trash food again..gl
