Perform each exercise in order
for the recommended reps with 20
seconds rest in between exercises.

Complete all 10 exercises and
repeat the circuit two more
times for a total of 3 rounds.

1. Barbell Deadlift - 15 reps

2. Alternating Explosive Pushup - 20 reps

3. Jump Squat High Knee - 20 reps

4. Band Row - 20 reps

5. Alternating Lunge Passing - 15 reps per side

6. Chin Up - 15 reps

7. Hamstring Curl - 20 reps

8. Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 15 reps

9. Super Crunch - 15 reps per side

10. Burppe - 20 reps
