		<description>&lt;b&gt;i've read that ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; i've read that jumping pullups arent an effective progression for real pullups. this is because doing less ROM will never build you up to a full ROM. A better sub would be isted or banded pullups with full ROM.

Anyway thanks for the VID, I actually had to lookup how to do these for the WOD today (filthy fifty), as I have never done these.</description>
