You can never do …
You can never do too many air squats, just like you can never do too many pullups or pushups. These are bodyweight exercises. Some of the workouts in our gym call for 300 bw squats (not all at once, of course, but in one workout). It’s also not uncommon for catch wrestlers to warmup with 300-500 air squats, and that’s just a warmup.

thats to much if you want to make your butt bigger and round it. to much time on squats can be very negative and if your doing them right you should see results in two weeks

Especially the part about Hip flexors being parallel with the knees. Most of the people do half squat and they think that the bottom of the glutes should be parallel to the knees.
