When you apply for health insurance coverage, you give them authorization to pull your medical records. Therefore, they can get details on any medical treatment you've gotten in the last 10 years.
References :
They have consent in all the paperwork to be able to contact your own Dr, they often interact with own Dr with claims anyway to confirm information and referrals etc. If they think your first claim is odd they will cross check.

They will normally treat pre existing conditions after two years in some cases if you contact them, but being totally honest is the best bet otherwise it can get complicated
References :
You offer access to your medical records when you sign up with them generally.

But piles aren't considered as a pre-existing problem,I wouldn't think.
References :
Unless you get out and run, its gonna be difficult. Lots of fast paced excersies with few breaks in between are good. This will work ur cardio, which is basically what you need to work on most. Squats are good to work leg muscles, and traditional exsersises like push ups and sit ups at very fast paces with good breathing will help. Just remeber to take smal breaks just to relieve the burn, but don't go over board easier.
References :
The Wii is not a fitness tool. Maybe a rehabilitation tool, but definitely not a fitness tool.

No one ever got fit from moving just an arm around. The Wii will give you a little bit of fine movement skill, but not much in terms of cardio/ aerobic fitness. And definitely not anaerobic fitness.

Maybe DDR could help a bit with cardio, as long as you don't keep playing on the easy levels only. Anything to keep your blood pumping and your lungs gasping for air.

And the new Wii Fit coming out later this year will have your body moving in new ways, from yoga, to aerobics, to stretches.

But the Wii-mote/ Nunchuck games only do good for moving an arm, or especially just a wrist. Games that make good use of waggles and other motions like Wii Sports, Trauma Center, Wario Ware, Excite Truck, & Cooking Mama only let you use a small part of your body. And don't forget that there are easy ways to cheat motions. If the game calls for a broad swipe of an arm, you can cheat the motion sensors by just moving your wrist quickly. Not a good way to at least try to get fit.

So basically, go for DDR and Wii Fit. Other than that, not a fitness tool.
