Rugby training guide?

Hey im 14 and like everyone i want to be a pro rugby player
im 15 and are good rugby player i have played for two years and are one of the best in team
my question my team only has 2 trainings a week and games coming up in march
and i have noticed other players geting better while im not gaining skill they are now more fit
then me so can some one please make me a training guide fitness guide i need some help
and please dont say get personal trainer ive tried not help at all im 14 fullback/second five
live in NZ should i use weights or push ups sit ups ETc

So can someone please make me guide please thankyou

The link I give you, there is alot of information so please don’t just skim over it or not even bother to read it. It’s extremely helpful and will do you wonders if you take your time understanding it and use it in your training. Take what they say seriously and try to do exactly what they explain. If you stick to it, as well as incorporating what you do at club training, youre game will improve dramatically. You’re still really young, so the sooner you start lifting and training hard, the sooner you just might just get noticed by NRL scouters- alot of NRL clubs go to NZ to look for young talent so get to work! lol
