What do you think? A small group personal training facility with stations of identical fitness equipment?

What do you think? A small group personal training facility with stations of identical fitness equipment?
Classes would be an hour long, comprising of strength, cardio, and stretching.
A personal trainer would hold the class for 10 members every hour.
3 times per week one hour workout suggested for best results.
What do you think?

??? A gym that consists of circuit stations and a trainer for every 4 clients?

??? A gym that consists of circuit stations and a trainer for every 4 clients?
Would you be inetersted in a small fitness facility that consists of stations targeting each muscle group. Each station would comprise 4 machines/tools that work that particular muscle group and a personal trainer.
The workout would be done in circuits one exercise after the other. The trainer would make sure all clients do the exercises correctly.
It would be following a semi-private class structure.
What would be a good rate per person to charge?

About 30$ a week per client

What is good reading material for fitness and diet?

I’m looking to become a health nut. I’d like to know what the proper reading material is for the straightforward science of diet and fitness. There’s so much reading material, I don’t know where to begin.

You probably want to start by subscribing to one of the magazines aimed at health and fitness for men. SUbscribing means you get a monthly push, mental jolt call it whatever you want. The most popular in terms of sales is Men’s Health, it’s quite light hearted, almost a lads mag with muscles and dietary advice, you get plenty of small tips and it’s easy to read. Second place goes to Men’s Fitness, it’s not so jaunty as MH but it does go into more detail, but it is a harder read.
