How can i get as ripped as Cam Gigandet?

how can i get the physique of Cam, like the one he had in Never Back Down
what type of diet and fitness guide would i have to follow??

to get that type of body u dont need to lift heavy weights , u sould lift light weight on a variety of muscles but instead of doing 3 sets of 10 reps u should do 3 sets of 20-30 reps since the weight is lighter, also do hiit which is high intensity interval training, pretty simple just google it

What exactly would a high school Physiology of Fitness class entail doing?

I’m a sophomore in high school who is interested in getting more fit because, let’s be honest, I’m not that active. BUT! I would like to change that. I saw Physiology of Fitness in the curriculum book and thought it might be a good idea for me, but what exactly would I be doing for that half-year course? Would be it be hands on fitness in the weight room, or just teaching or a combination of both? What’s up?

Toughest Workout (Advanced Bodyweight Workout) Instructions:

Perform each exercise in order
for the recommended reps with 30
seconds rest in between exercises.

Complete all 9 exercises and
repeat the circuit two more
times for a total of 3 rounds.

1. One Arm Pushup - 15 reps per side

2. Pistol Squat - 20 reps per side

3. One Arm isted Pull Up = 15 reps per side

4. Jump Squat High Knee - 25 reps

5. No Leg Recline Pull - 20 reps

6. Bulgarian Lunges = 20 reps per side

7. Upside Down Shoulder Press = reps

Fitness Tips for dressage rider?

I ride dressage and I want to increase my lowers leg strength and core strength. Does anyone know any good fitness tips and/or workouts for me to do????

One of the best ways I’ve heard ( and done) for getting into better shape, especially riding shape, was to do pilates. VERY good for strengthening your core and leg muscles (and arms and back, etc). Basically a really good all around workout. Combine that with some cardio, and you’ve got a pretty well-rounded workout. Cardio three times a week, and then pilates three days. Then of course riding normally. Though be prepared to be very very! sore after your first couple pilates workouts. If you talk with a pilates instructor and tell them you’re a rider, you can get a more specialized work-out.
