I've been looking at various elastic fitness band products and need a home exercise gym for getting stronger and losing weight. I want to tone my torso and to build bigger biceps. I heard from my trainer that elastic resistance bands are an awesome tool and a super value compared to some of workout machines that can cost thousands of dollars.
There's multiple fitness band companies and I've tried several options. The one I think is best was recommended by Matt Furey and is a very high quality product that is also very affordable starting at under $50 for the basic set of bands. What's great about these bands is you can start with the basic set and order additional bands as you increase in strenght or desire to add new variety of exercises.
The progress ive made with my set of bands also has been incredible. I got into them thinking it was mainly good for rehabbing my shoulder from a backyard football injury but when I started training with them I realized I could use them for a complete body workout. Terrell Owens works out with them and that guy has one of the best physiques on the planet.
Ive reduced my body fat from 14 to 7%, increased my bench press max by 60 lbs. and shredded my torso and arms. My girlfriend used them to work out her legs and calves and she is looking sexier than ever.
However, the best part of my bodylastic bands has to be the flexibility to take them everywhere and anywhere. I am a consultant and consistently traveling so its awesome to be able to tuck them into my carry-on luggage and have access to a full gym no matter where I am. Good luck and Be Well

i want to lose weight and look toned fast. im going to new york in a few weeks to go shopping and i want to be thinner by then. i weigh about 150lbs right now and it would be nice to be around 120lbs when im done. i would like to be 130-135lbs by the time i go to new york. any help? i need fitness tips and plans. thanks
See, the thing is it doesn't happen fast, it requires hard work, sacrifice and dedication. People always want the quick fix and it never works.

Monitoring my recovery after my elbow injury, I finally got back landing with control out of the twisted handspring!!!! Productive day!
Inversions Workshop this Saturday, May 30th at 11:30 am!
Now that you have learned to invert, take this skill to the
next level! Safely learn the aerial acrobatics that are related to this trick. You will learn at least 7 tricks based on the invert including butterfly, glider, inverted handstands. You will also learn great conditioning exercises for the core to improve your invert.
Prerequisite: the basic invert.
Location: Antix Fitness Studio: 310 Alabama Street, Suite B, Redlands, CA 92373
Time: 11:30 - 1:30
Cost: $60 for non-Antix clients; $40 for Antix clients. This is normally a $75/person workshop!
