How many fitness points do I have based on this given info?

My reclining systolic pressure is 96 mm Hg and my standing is 112 mm Hg, what's my fitness points based on this given info?

Determine the change in systolic pressure from reclining to standing by subtracting the standard measurement from the reclining measurement. Assign fitness points based on Table 10.2 and record the fitness data sheet.

Well, from I'm guessing it's 96-112= -16… so does that mean I have -1 points? Or am I doing this totally wrong? So I am doing my homework, but I'm seeking a second opinion.
I mean.. My pressure rose from reclining to standing 16 mm Hg, but why the heck is it telling me to do reclining-standing= change? It doesn't look right.. Possible typo on the handout?

Do your own homework. Are you going to tell me you can't do basic addition/subtraction and compare numbers to a TABLE? Kids these days.

how do i design a basic maintenance and cleaning roster for a team of trainers nd staff to follow on a day to day , week to week basis.

Creating a cardio fitness plan?

Would there be any online guides or sites that can help?
I'm pretty out of shape, and am not too sure how much to push myself or how frequently I should go run.

Plan to perform your cardio every day for ONLY 20 minutes first.

Track every workout. You may not go every day and should only go 3-5 but PLAN to go every day so when you don't you'll be mad at yourself and it will help you get into a routine.

Start to progress the difficulty week by week by going harder or adding some time. This is very important, if you start out going too hard/long you won't have any room to make progress.
